Bill Upton having had poor service from a computer repair company saw a gap in the market for a computer repair service that was honest and provided good customer service at a fair price. The overriding principle is to treat clients how we would like to be treated ourselves. After starting the company Bill passed the Comptia A+ and continues to further his studies as a technologist in order to provide the best possible computer repair service. Our IT system was a complete mess before Graham at A1 sorted it for us!
Knowing absolutely nothing about IT and spending small fortunes on systems we were told would our requirements but didn't we decided to start from scratch. Graham looks after our emails, back ups, servers etc and couldn't be happier. Additionally, when we have an urgent request (as sometimes things pop up) A1 is always there help! I rarely write reviews but after all the rubbish companies we have tried (expensive and cheap!)
