I'm a Microsoft and IEE/IET certified engineer who has been working as an IT support engineer and a software developer for the last 17 years. Based in Brighton and Hove I have been providing computer services locally for the last 10 years. I believe it's not only important to effectively resolve problems in an efficient fashion but also to put measures in place to prevent new problems occurring in the future.
