I am an engineer who has been in the Computer Repair Business for many years now, working for several companies, including HP contracted at Shell. I have started this company recently so I can give customers the service they deserve, not just fix the problem that is visible, then leave, and get charged a fortune for it. I believe the main problem should be fixed but also a checkup of your PC or Laptop should be done to foresee any more problems that may arise. I also like to give the computer a security check and install some protection (free for home users) that you may not have and also give the customer a little tuition on how to keep aware of possible threats. I believe in getting value for your money & that the customer comes first! I come to you to solve your IT problems and can be there within a day or when it suits you best.
