We appreciate work that comes to us via word of mouth, as this is always a good measure of customer satisfaction. Primarily we are a mobile repair service, we make onsite visits with no call out charges. However we can accept deliveries by post or in person by appointment only.
Technicians are qualified, up to Microsoft Certification standard so you can be sure that we can deal with any computer related issues. From hardware repairs, software issues, through to networking. We can assist remotely whereby instant support can be at hand in less than 5 minutes. This can also be beneficial when configuring mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, Blackberry and Android systems, as our state of the art remote appliance can be used across all platforms.
