My name is Dudley Barnes and I am an experienced and Certified IT professional. I have worked on a variety of large and small IT projects with an array of clients including: Fujitsu, Shell Oils, JobCentre Plus, National Lottery, The Post Office, and Asda Walmart.

I have many years experience providing IT services to small and medium sized businesses, registered charities as well as helping casual home computer users with their problems throughout Hampshire. I started my computer repair and IT Support company back in early 2010. The aim was to give home computer users and local small businesses a first class computer repair and IT support service that is affordable to everyone.

Our vast experience allows us to diagnose faults correctly and quickly which saves us a lot of time and you a lot of money. Additionally we are Microsoft Certified, very professional and passionate and we take great pride in our work.

The Technology Related Services we provide can range from on-site repair or installation of a single computer or Windows Server to designing and implementing an entire Network. We have proven experience working with small and medium sized businesses, registered charities, Sole Traders and general home computer users. After using any of our services for the first time you will receive continuing free advice concerning any future issues you may be trying to resolve.

All Work is Guaranteed: All replacement components we use come with a standard 12 months manufacturer's warranty. In addition to this we also offer a 30-day guarantee on all services we have performed, providing that all preventative measures and advice are followed.

General Computer Services (On-site visit): We come out to your home, troubleshoot and diagnose your Windows PC, Apple Mac Computer, Printer or Network Issue. Many issues can be fixed within the hour which is charged at £55 only. If however after initial inspection your computer requires longer attention than 1 hour then it may be more cost effective for you to allow us to carry out the required repair work back at our workshop. Before we carry out any work we will always provide you with a quotation first and we will only carry out the necessary repairs once you are happy for us to do so.
