About the Business
In 2005 we acquired the lease on our shop based on Snow Hill in Wolverhampton City Centre to improve our sales and start offering additional services such as computer repair and laptop repair. In 2006 we became a limited company and have moved from strength to strength ever since. We offer a wide range of services to both home users and businesses, and pride ourselves on a very high standard of quality supplying only genuine products and software (no fake Windows!).
We are even recommended to many customers by Wolverhampton's Trading Standards after they have had a not-so-satisfactory experience elsewhere. As customer demand is constantly increasing, we are expanding our workforce to meet the requirements for services of our clients. Conceptex now have three sales staff, and four technicians, meaning we can offer our first class services in a convenient timely manner.
