Our no nonsense approach, coupled with our desire to provide a first class service, provides you, the user, with a confidence in your equipment, applications and support arrangements for the foreseeable future. You get on with doing whatever it is you need to be doing, whilst we provide the peace of mind that facilitates this.
We give the same excellent service to our home users as we give to our corporate clients. Our belief is that, due to the dynamics of the computer industry, the level of service given to the ‘smaller' client has become quite poor. The significant competitiveness of the PC market and the ferocious price wars have left little margin for the larger providers and as such their service has suffered. We understand that the computing world does not run from 9-5pm and we offer a service which reflects this.
