Great customer service is a rarity these days but Mohammed treats you like a friend and there are no hidden agendas. He really provides the most affordable prices around. I'd go back in a heartbeat. When my daughters HP laptop stopped charging we thought it was the charger was the problem. We went through 5 chargers only to figure out that it was actually a faulty power port.
