Grant was very prompt in responding to my telephone enquiry concerning upgrading the Hard Drive on my laptop. He made an appointment and kept to it, arriving on the time agreed. At my request he advised me whether it would be worth upgrading my existing computer, or whether to spend more money buying a completely new one based on my usage requirements. An upgrade was considered the best option for me and accordingly, he took my computer away and did it. Future appointments were made promptly and kept. Grant always kept me informed as to what was happening and explained what he was doing to sort out any problems and why they occurred.
