About the Business
We will come to your home or office to undertake initial diagnostics but may need to take the PC back to our workshop if necessary. Initial call out charge is £35 - this includes up to an hour of diagnostics or a repair / resolution if possible. After this initial period we will discuss what we have found and the likely cost to continue - a written estimate will be provided if requested.
If the work is likely to cost more than the initial estimate we will advise you and ensure that you are happy for us to continue.
