About the Business
Hello, I am Simon, the owner of the business and PC Easilys' Computer Engineer. I learned my trade at IBM, where I repaired computers, laptops and printers in customers homes, retail supermarkets and large offices for five years. I then moved away from IBM and into System Security, securing large, critical systems for large companies, governments, banks etc. This took me away from what I enjoy doing, repairing computers and providing great customer service and so PC Easily was formed some five years later to service the Greater Manchester area.
PC Easily is a sole trader business with the aim of cutting through the computer jargon jungle, while providing honest, friendly, affordable and understandable advice and services to my customers. I know what it is like when you do not fully understand a problem or technology and helping you through that considerately is a large part of what I do. Your problem is never silly and neither are you for having it or not understanding something.
