The Computer Chap was established in the US by Richard Brown during 2003. UK operations were then set up by Darren Brown in 2007. It still remains a family business.

Although businesses had the luxury of calling in computer support to their premises, home users had no such privilege. We realised the hassle that many people had experienced in having to take their computers to the local repair facility and so we wanted to change that.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we are able to remove this hassle for our customers and will go the extra mile to ensure that every job ends in a satisfactory manner where our customers feel that they have had value for money.

Phones & Tablets: If your phone or tablet needs attention, we can diagnose and repair while you wait. We can even perform a colour swap on certain phones and tablets while you enjoy a nice mug of coffee!
