My husband and I have used the services of the proprietor, Mario, for a number of years and could not recommend him too highly. We bought a desktop PC from him about 6 years ago - and have experienced no hardware problems to date. We have rang him several times with one-off software queries and he has responded each time by resolving our issue during the phone call or even by taking remote control of our PC. I bought a laptop from him only last week and he kindly transferred a large number of files to it from my desktop PC; so now I have the laptop in a quiet room where I can work when my husband is watching TV in the desktop room! Whether you are PC-savvy or new to IT you will find Mario lucid and helpful (and thankfully devoid of PC jargon) - and his prices aren't designed to hurt!
